Healthy homemade mayonnaise: without raw eggs, mustard, milk and oil

Thick, tender, and most importantly, healthy mayonnaise can be made at home. Traditionally, it is made from raw or boiled eggs, with milk, mustard, oil, and even avocado. The cooking process takes only a few minutes.

Food blogger Iryna Tabachuk (iryna_tabahy) shared a recipe for healthy homemade mayonnaise without raw eggs, mustard, milk, and oil on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 100 g
  • juice of 1\2 lemon
  • spices
  • garlic (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs in advance until cooked.

2. Mix the cooked eggs with yogurt and lemon juice. Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

3. Add your favorite spices and, if desired, chopped garlic through a press to the finished mayonnaise. Stir to combine.

Important points:

  • It is advisable to prepare the mayonnaise in a blender bowl or in a tall jar so that the mass does not spread.
  • All ingredients should be at room temperature.
