Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 1.5 cups
  • grated apples - 1 cup
  • finely chopped dates - 1 cup
  • any mix of nuts - 1 cup
  • poppy seeds - 1/4 cup
  • 2 bananas (preferably overripe - they are soft and very sweet)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.

1. Mash bananas, mix with oil.

2. Add oatmeal and mix well.

3. Chop the nuts. Grate apples, chop dates finely.

5. Mix everything well.

6. Put the mass on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or in a silicone mold.

7. Flatten and outline the future bars with a knife.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes - the surface should be slightly browned and elastic.

9. Cut the cooled cake along the lines marked.
