Healthy guacamole with boiled egg: it turns out to be very satisfying
Guacamole is a very nutritious and healthy avocado snack. It can be eaten as a spread or combined with other favorite foods. To make the dish more filling, add boiled eggs.
The idea of cooking guacamole with boiled eggs was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. The dish is prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- avocado - 3 pcs. medium
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- hot pepper - 1/3 pc.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- pepper/salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and use a spoon to scoop it out.
2. Mash well with a fork until mashed.
3. Add diced boiled eggs, tomatoes, red hot pepper, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Fry the bread in a frying pan or on the grill and brush with the spread.
