Fish should definitely be in everyone's diet. But children are especially picky about this product. Therefore, in order to feed your child a healthy fish dinner, cook the cutlets using the following technology.
The idea of making healthy fish cutlets for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Lapchenko (valeria_lapchenko). This is not only a delicious but also a very quick dish as you can cook it in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- pollock fillet (or other white fish) - 500 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- flour - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper to taste
- parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into random pieces.
2. Add all other ingredients to the fish and mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan with ghee oil.
4. Spoon 1 tbsp. l. of fish mass.
5. Fry over medium heat under a lid until a crust forms on both sides. You will get ready cutlets in 10 minutes.
