Ingredients:
- pollock fillet (or other white fish) - 500 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper to taste
- parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into random pieces.
2. Add all other ingredients to the fish and mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan with ghee oil.
4. Spoon 1 tbsp. of the fish mixture over each of them
5. Fry over medium heat under a lid until crusts form on both sides. After 10 minutes you will have ready cutlets.
