Healthy cottage cheese casserole without flour: it turns out to be fluffy and holds its shape
Cottage cheese itself is very healthy and nutritious. But if we add flour to it, we get a high-calorie dough. Therefore, for products made from it to retain the maximum benefit, it is worth using semolina instead of flour. The mass is soft, tender and holds its shape well.
The idea of making a healthy cottage cheese casserole without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasiia with the nickname healthydemure.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of cottage cheese 9%
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. of semolina
- 2 tsp. of honey (or any other sweetener)
- a pinch of vanilla
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cheese in a bowl.
2. Add eggs and semolina.
3. Stir the mixture.
4. Add the sweetener and vanilla sugar.
5. Also mix. You can use a spoon or a blender.
6. Cook at 180 degrees in the oven (convection mode) for 30-35 minutes.
