  • soft cheese – 650 g
  • sugar – 100 g (5 tbsp)
  • semolina – 40 g (3 tbsp)
  • eggs – 4 pcs
  • strawberries – 150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, semolina, and egg yolks, then mix until smooth.

2. Beat the whites separately until thick peaks.

3. Gently blend with a spatula to create an airy texture.

4. Transfer to a baking dish and flatten.

5. Cut the strawberries in half or into 4 pieces if the berry is large, garnish the casserole.
