Healthy cookies that you can't buy in the store: what to make

These cookies will not harm your figure, so you can eat them even at night. The reason is that the dessert contains neither flour nor sugar. It contains only healthy and natural ingredients.

The idea of making homemade healthy cookies in the microwave was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daria with the nickname dora_school. No need to add eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 16 g of tahini (or any nut paste)
  • 55 g of oats
  • 25 g of vegan yogurt
  • 20 ml of vegetable milk
  • 17 g of agave syrup

Method of preparation:

1. Mix oats with yogurt.

2. Add tahini, milk, and syrup.

3. Place on a plate.

4. Form into biscuits.

5. Put in the microwave for 1/2 minute (gradually) until the cookies are cooked.
