Healthy chocolate cake without flour and sugar: how to replace the ingredients

If you follow a healthy diet but have a sweet tooth, this dessert is for you. This cake will be very chocolatey, tender and fluffy. And you don't need to add flour and sugar to it.
The idea of making a delicious chocolate cake without sugar and flour was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Olena Metelska (olena_metelska).
Method of preparation:
1. Add 4 g of baking powder to 50 ml of kefir.
2. Stir and set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Add 1 egg, mix thoroughly.
4. Sweeten with vanilla stevia (4 tsp).
5. Stir in 20 g of natural cocoa without sugar or carob (carob has a sweeter taste and less bitterness).
6. Put the mass into a 12 cm split mold.
7. You can bake for 4 minutes in the microwave or 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
8. Cool the cake, cut into 3 equal parts horizontally.
9. For the cream, mix 150 g of Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of cocoa and 2 tsp of vanilla stevia.
10. Put the cream and thawed cherries (squeeze the juice out of them) or a banana on the crust. Repeat this three times.
11. Leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
