Carrots are a very healthy and versatile vegetable that can be used to make salads, snacks, desserts, and spreads. Experts advise eating carrots raw as they are most beneficial.

Cook Victoria shared a recipe for a healthy carrot salad with eggs, hard cheese and sour cream, which can also be used as a spread, on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • fresh carrots - 500-600 g
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • sour cream (fat) - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • spices, salt, pepper - to your taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the carrots and eggs and grate with the cheese.

2. Pass the garlic through a press, add to the carrots and eggs, add mayonnaise and spices and mix. You're ready to eat!
