Healthy breakfast pancakes with oatmeal: can be given to children

If you or your children do not like oatmeal very much, but you want to add this useful product to your diet - make pancakes. They fry quickly, they turn out puffy. This is where oatmeal perfectly combines with banana, cinnamon and becomes really delicious.

Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 6-7 tbsp.
- chicken egg - 1 pc
- milk - 50 ml
- banana - 2 pcs
- cinnamon - to taste
- vegetable oil / butter - for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the oatmeal into flour in a coffee grinder. If there is ready oat flour - you can use it.
2. Combine with the egg, milk and banana, which should be previously pounded with a fork.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Add a little cinnamon.
5. Stir again.
6. Lightly oil the heated frying pan and spoon out the fritters.
7. This amount of ingredients makes 8 fritters.
8. Fry on both sides. Serve with sour cream or fruit puree.
