Healthy avocado guacamole in 5 minutes: better than any spread

Guacamole is a nutritious avocado appetizer. All the ingredients for this dish need to be chopped and combined with a dressing based on oil and spices. The resulting mass can be simply spread on bread or pita bread: it is definitely much better than store-bought spreads.
The idea of making avocado guacamole in 5 minutes was published on the Instagram page of the MasterChef super finalist Olha (olga_riabenko_). You don't need to boil anything for this dish, so you'll make it very quickly.
Ingredients:
- avocado - 2 pcs.
- red onion - 0.5 pcs.
- lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.
- peeled tomatoes - 100 g
- salt
- chili pepper - to taste
- cilantro - half a bunch (can be replaced to your taste);
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel avocado.
2. Mash with a fork in a bowl.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Chop the remaining ingredients and add to the avocado mass.
5. Add oil.
6. Serve with nachos, spread on bruschetta, tacos, tortilla, pita bread, or even season spaghetti and ravioli.
