Healthy and satisfying seafood dinner: what can be deliciously prepared

Seafood is not only an ingredient in gourmet salads from expensive restaurants, but also a very tasty and balanced lunch. For this, you will need mussels or shrimp. They go well with various spices, cream sauce, and garlic.
The idea of cooking fried seafood for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan). The dish will take you just a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients for shrimp:
- shrimp
- butter
- parsley
- salt and pepper.
Method of cooking shrimp:
1. Heat a piece of butter in a frying pan.
2. Fry the shrimp for 4-5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add parsley.
Ingredients for cooking mussels:
- 500 g of mussels
- 60 g of white dry wine
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of cream of 20% fat content
- 60 g of Dorblu cheese
- salt
- pepper
- fresh thyme
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the wine into the pan and add the mussels.
2. As soon as the mussels and wine boil, add the chopped garlic and cream.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. With the next boil, add the Dorblu cheese and mix well.
5. Add the thyme, cover and cook under the lid for 2 minutes.
