Ingredients
- Hake - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pcs
- Onions - 2 pcs
Ingredients for the marinade
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Mustard in grains - 50 gr
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Spices for fish
Method of preparation
1. Peel the onion and cut it into halves.
2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
3. Fry the carrots and onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil and put them in a baking sheet.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a separate container. Grate the onion, which is part of it, or chop it with a blender.
5. Cut the fish into portions and pour the marinade over it. Leave to marinate for several hours, but preferably overnight.
6. Put the marinated fish on the vegetables and pour the rest of the marinade.
7. Cover with parchment soaked in water and set to bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
