Grated pie with jam: how to prepare crispy and crumbly dough

Grated pie is a simple and quick home baking. Traditionally, it is prepared with your favorite jam or jam, less often - with fresh or frozen berries and fruits, as well as cottage cheese. The dough in such baked goods is sandy, it turns out crispy and crumbly.
Foodblogger Lilia with the nickname lileklilek2 on her Instagram page shared a recipe for grated pie with apple jam.
Ingredients:
- flour - 400 g
- butter - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 100 g
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- vanilla, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cold butter with the flour until crumbly. 2.
2. Separately mix the remaining ingredients for the dough and beat with a fork.
3. Mix the two masses together and knead the dough quickly. Place 2\3 pieces of dough in a mold and form a rim. Leave the dough in the fridge for an hour. Wrap the rest of the dough in clingfilm and leave in the freezer.
4. After that, put the jam into the dough mold. Grate the freezer dough on top with a grater.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Done!!!
