Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese -–500 g
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • flour – 100 g (you can use semolina, rice or corn flour)

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 350 g

Method of preparation:

1. For cheesecakes, you need to use wet cottage cheese, not dry, the amount of added flour depends on the cottage cheese.

2. Mix all the ingredients, and mix the mass well until smooth.

3. Form balls with wet hands. The shape can be adjusted with a glass.

4. Fry in a preheated frying pan until golden brown (not until cooked).

5. Pour the sauce into the mold, put the cheesecakes, and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

6. Sprinkle with powder before serving.
