Frozen strawberry and yogurt dessert: went viral on social media
This dessert has flooded all social networks. All because it is very simple to prepare, because all the components need to be combined and placed in the freezer. There is no sugar and very caloric products, so the dish is quite healthy. It can be a great alternative to store-bought candy.
The idea for this popular no-bake dessert made with strawberries and yogurt is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasiia Zhakulina (anastasia_zhakulina). You'll only need four ingredients.
Ingredients:
- strawberries - 200 g
- white natural yogurt - 2 tbsp
- chocolate (white/milk) - 100 gr
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the strawberries with paper towels and cut into small cubes.
2. Add the yogurt to the strawberries (it must be thick).
3. Use a spoon to spoon the mixture onto the parchment.
Place in the freezer until completely set.
5. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in pulses for 15 seconds in the microwave.
6. Add the vegetable oil and stir to combine.
5.Dip frozen strawberries with yogurt in chocolate, garnish if desired.
