From which dough perfect dumplings are made: sharing the technology
The taste of dumplings is most influenced by the quality of the dough. Therefore, to make it fluffy and elastic, easy to mold, and non-sticky, you need to choose the right base. And it's not kefir or milk.
The idea of making the perfect dough for dumplings was shared on the Instagram page of food blogger Tamara Lozynska (tomka_recepti). Any filling is suitable for this dough.
Ingredients:
- boiling water - 280-300 ml
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 500 g
- salt - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Add butter to boiled water to melt
2. Add salt to the flour and mix.
3. Pour water and oil into the flour in parts and knead the dough with a spatula.
4. When the flour is gone, do not add any more water.
5. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead it by hand for a few minutes.
6. Put the dough in a bag and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
7. Then you can make dumplings from this dough.
