Fried pies with potato broth: the dough turns out perfect

Do not pour out the potato broth under any circumstances. It can be an excellent base for fried pie dough. It turns out to be very fluffy and elastic.
The idea of making pies with potato broth was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina with the nickname brutsia. The filling can be made from the same potatoes you boiled.
Ingredients for the dough:
- potato broth - 350 ml
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- dry yeast - 1 tbsp
- flour - 500-550 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- mashed potatoes - 400 g
- dried dill - 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the flour with the dry ingredients and add the warm potato broth and sour cream.
2. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 1 hour to let the dough rise.
3. Combine the potatoes with the spices (they should be cooled).
4. Divide the dough into 50 gram balls.
5. Form patties and fry on both sides until cooked.
