Mushrooms are the best option for pickling. It turns out to be a savory appetizer that is suitable for any occasion. To make the product faster, you need to fry it before pickling.

The idea of cooking fried and pickled mushrooms was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname talli_sun. Garlic and hot red pepper will add a special piquancy.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms (champignons) - 500 g
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • garlic - 4-5 cloves
  • apple cider vinegar - 50 g
  • black peppercorns (sweet and bitter) - 15-20 pcs
  • hot pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry mushrooms. If small, leave whole, if medium, cut in half.

2. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.

3. Add salt, sugar, chopped garlic, and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.

4. Pour in vinegar, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.

5. Put the mushrooms in the refrigerator.

6. Serve chilled.
