French fries without fryer: they turn out golden and crispy
Everyone is used to eating crispy, flavorful, and golden potatoes in fast food restaurants. They are also cooked at home using a special deep fryer. But if you follow the right technology, you can cook such potatoes even in a regular frying pan.
Method of cooking potatoes:
1. Peel potatoes.
2. Rinse well.
3. Cut into medium-sized slices lengthwise.
4. Add your favorite spices: potato seasoning, smoked paprika and dry garlic.
5. Mix everything well.
6. Pour plenty of oil into the frying pan and heat well.
7. Put the potatoes in the boiling oil.
8. Fry for 15-20 minutes.
9. Put them on a napkin to absorb excess fat.
10. Serve with your favorite sauces.
