Ingredients:
- 500 g of pork tenderloin
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of cream 30-33%
- 100 ml of water
- 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into pieces and fry in a frying pan.
2. Add the mushrooms to the meat and fry.
