Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 150 g
- butter - 50 g
- vanilla extract
- milk - 100 g
- butter - 40 g
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla extract with a mixer until fluffy.
2. Heat the milk and butter until hot.
3. Add the flour and baking powder to the egg mixture and mix.
4. Add milk and butter, mix.
5. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
