Fluffy seasonal muffins for tea: tangerines inside
If you've already had enough fresh tangerines, you can make delicious muffins for tea with them. They are fluffy and very fragrant. They are easy to prepare.
The idea of making tangerine muffins was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Lilia with the nickname twins.mom.8 . They take a maximum of 30 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 180 ml
- eggs - 1 pc
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- ghee or butter - 30 grams
- flour 120 grams (can be 1:1 corn and whole wheat)
- tangerine - 2-3 pieces
- lemon or orange zest
Method of preparation:
1. Beat warm kefir with an egg, add butter, baking soda and mix.
2. Cut the tangerines into small pieces.
3. Pour the flour into the dough and mix thoroughly.
4. Add the filling and stir again.
5. Put 1 tbsp in the molds and bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
