Omelet is a very popular breakfast option, because it does not require much time. But if such a dish is cooked in a frying pan - it can be greasy, which is quite difficult for the stomach. Therefore, the best option would be to bake an omelet in the oven.

The idea of making a puffy omelet in the oven for breakfast is published on the page of nutritionist Lubov Zhukovskaya(zhukovska_liubov) on Instagram. It comes out quite hearty if you add bacon and tomatoes.

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs.
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 ml of melted butter
  • 70g jamon
  • 1 small tomato
  • greens
  • salt, spices to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Beat the eggs and salt.

2. Add the milk and beat a little more.

 

3. Grease the parchment with butter.

 

4. Pour in the egg mixture.

5. Place jamon and tomato on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

 

6. Decorate with greens.
