Flour and sugar free: how to make healthy oatmeal cookies in 20 minutes
Oatmeal cookies are delicious and easy to make. Most of all, these cookies are popular because they can be supplemented with various fillings: dried fruit, chocolate, nuts, or berries.
Food blogger Iryna Dymytrova shared a recipe for oatmeal cookies without flour and sugar on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 1 pc.
- sour cream with a slide – 1 tbsp
- oatmeal – 100 g
- raisins – 40 g
- dried apricots – 40 g
- baking soda – 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grind oatmeal in a blender. Cut the dried apricots into cubes.
2. Beat the egg with sour cream until smooth, add baking soda, oatmeal, dried apricots, and raisins. Knead a thick dough.
3. Form cookies with wet hands and put them into a baking dish covered with parchment.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
