Ingredients:

  • salt, pepper (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. Mushrooms must be dried beforehand.

2. Dried porcini mushrooms beat with a blender until smooth crumbs.

3. Add salt and pepper if desired. Beat them together with the mushrooms, or add them at the end of cooking.
