Fish in French style in 20 minutes: a gourmet dish for all occasions

Fish is always a good choice if you want it to be not only tasty but also quite healthy and dietary. It can be baked in the oven, stewed, fried in a sauce or batter.

Food blogger Oksana Dorosh(oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for baked fish French style in the oven with sauce and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • fish fillet - 2 pc
  • melted cheese - 1 pc
  • thick sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • onion - 1 pc
  • firm cheese - 70 g
  • salt, pepper

Method:

1. Defrost the fish fillets and cut into portions if desired. Salt and pepper both sides.

2. Pre-cook the eggs and cool them.

3. In the meantime, prepare the so-called coat for the fish. To do this, grate cheese and eggs on a large grater. Mix everything, add mustard and sour cream, salt. Pieces of fish put in a greased form. On each piece lay the prepared sauce.

 

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Done!
