Fish cutlets are a delicious, healthy and dietary dish. Be sure to add onions to the minced fish and fry the cutlets in breading: this way they will keep their shape and will have a crispy crust.

Food blogger Oksana (oxana_bil) shared a recipe for juicy fish cutlets on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • minced fish - 600-700 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • herbs
  • seasoning for fish
  • salt, pepper
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

1. Take minced fish and chop greens.

2. Mix minced fish, greens, egg and spices. Stir until smooth.

3. Form patties and roll them in breadcrumbs.

4. Fry the cutlets.
