Elementary zucchini cheese fritters: golden and very juicy

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2-3 pcs (700-800g)
- eggs - 2 pcs
- hard cheese - 100-150 g
- flour - 4 tbsp.
- salt, pepper, frying oil

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the zucchini well.
2. Peel off the skin.
3. Grate on a large grater.
4. Grate the cheese too (you can even get some from the freezer if you have some).
5. Add the eggs and salt.
6. Pour in the flour.
7. Mix well.
8. Place the fritters on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides.
