Elementary tartlets for every day and for a festive table: what to make a filling from quickly
Tartlets are a win-win appetizer that you can prepare very quickly. The most important thing is to choose a tasty filling that you don't have to fuss with. As an option, cod liver.
The idea of preparing basic tartlets for a festive table with cod liver was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home. It turns out to be very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- cod liver - 1 can
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cucumber (small) - 1 pc.
- green onions - 1 bunch
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- lettuce leaves
- tartlets - 12 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cod liver in a bowl.
2. Mash lightly with a fork.
3. Add the grated boiled eggs, diced cucumber (you can also dry the diced cucumber from excess moisture with a paper towel),
4. Add the chopped onion greens, spices and mayonnaise.
5. Stir until smooth.
6. Put a leaf of lettuce on the bottom of the tartlet and the liver mass on top.
