Elementary red fish pie: made from puff pastry
If you need to prepare a hearty meal quickly, you should use ordinary puff pastry. It is perfect for making a hearty fish pie. You can also choose ready-made frozen dough - you just need to roll it out.
The idea of making a quick puff pastry fish pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tatiana Yushina.
Ingredients:
- 500 g puff pastry
- 500 g of salmon
- 125 g of mozzarella (balls)
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
Ingredients for the filling:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. l. "10 vegetables" seasoning
- 1 tbsp. l. starch
Method of preparation:
1. Put the dough into a 28 cm diameter mold, form small sides. Cut off the excess.
2. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
3. Cut the fish and cheese into cubes. Tomatoes - into 2-4 pieces.
4. Put the fish, cheese and tomatoes in the dough basket.
5. Mix the eggs, cheese, starch, and 10 Vegetable Seasoning until well blended.
6. Pour evenly over the dough.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
8. Serve warm or cold.
