To make traditional lasagna, you need to buy a special base. Or, you can knead the dough and make it yourself. But you can simplify the technology significantly and just put the potatoes in layers. The dish will be very juicy and satisfying.

Ingredients:
- hard cheese
- 6-8 medium potatoes
- 700 g of minced meat
- 1 onion (small)
- 50 g of butter
- ketchup
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes in salted water
2. When cool, cut into rings.
3. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the minced meat, mix, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Then add ketchup, salt, pepper, paprika, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 300-350 ml of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 40 g of flour
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter over the fire, add the flour, stir, and pour in the milk, stirring constantly.
2. Add salt and pepper and, stirring constantly over low heat, cook until thickened.
3. Put in a baking dish in the following order: sauce, potatoes, minced meat, hard cheese, etc.
4. Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes.
5. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
