Ingredients:
- sour cream - 300 g
- milk - 200 ml
- jelly - 1 bag
- peaches - 2-3 pcs
- gelatin - 15 g
- powdered sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatine over 100 ml of milk and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
2. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar and the rest of the milk.
3. Heat the swollen gelatine on a water bath until it dissolves completely. Then add it to the sour cream.
4. Pour all into molds and place in the refrigerator.
5. While the sour cream is cooling, slice the peaches into thin slices and prepare the jelly.
