Ingredients:

  • 180 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 100 g of flour (wheat or rice)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Method of preparation:

1. Combine the cottage cheese with the egg, salt, and grated hard cheese on a medium grater and mix well.

2. Add flour and baking powder and knead the soft dough (it may stick to your hands a little). Put it in a bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3. After that, divide the dough into 5 equal parts, roll the sausages, and form bagels.

4. Place on a baking sheet with parchment, brush with egg yolk mixed with milk in equal proportions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown).
