Elementary cheese fritters with apple: easier to make than cheesecakes

Cheesecakes are a classic but rather complicated dish. Not everyone can make a dough that will not fall apart and fall off. So if you are a novice cook - you can make cheese pancakes instead of cheesecakes. It is much easier.

Ingredients:
- sour milk cheese - 200 g
- apples - 2 large
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- wheat flour - 80 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- leavening agent - 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the cheese, sugar and eggs with an immersion blender into a smooth paste.
2. Peel and core the apples.
3. Grate them on a large grater.
4. Squeeze the juice from them and add to the cottage cheese.
5. In batches, sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing each time.
6. Soak your hands lightly in water.
7. Form fritters and place on a heated buttered skillet.
8. Fry until golden.
