Elementary carrot cookies for tea: they turn out to be very crispy

Carrots can be used to make not only soup and salad, but also delicious cookies. They are ideal for cozy family tea parties in cool weather. And they bake very quickly.
The idea of making crispy homemade carrot cookies was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking. The pastries are not only very tasty, but also healthy.
Ingredients:
- 70 g. butter mala
- 60 g. sugar
- 140 g. carrots
- 0.5 tsp of cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 200 g. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the soft butter with sugar.
2. Add the finely grated carrots and spices.
3. Add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough into a homogeneous dough.
4. Roll out the dough on the parchment into a thin layer.
5. Divide into triangles.
6. Put them on a baking sheet and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
