Basic banana and cottage cheese puffs for tea: bake for 20 minutes
If you have puff pastry in the freezer and bananas are starting to turn black on your plate, you should make quick puffs for tea with these products. The dessert is elementary, because you don't need to knead, roll or whip anything. You can do it in just 20 minutes.
The idea of making basic puffs with banana and cottage cheese for tea was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia Semko (nastya_siomko). The dessert is moderately sweet.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese
- egg
- sugar
- vanilla sugar
- puff pastry
- banana
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese and beat thoroughly with a blender.
2. Cut the dough into small pieces.
3. Put the filling, then the banana.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
