A food blogger with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home told us how to cook eggs in tartar sauce. She posted a detailed recipe for this original dish on Instagram.
Ingredients
- eggs - 6 pcs
- pickled cucumbers - 200 gr
- marinated mushrooms - 170 g
- shallots or red onions - 1 pc
- greek yogurt - 400 g
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- green onions
Method of preparation
1. Boil eggs until they are fully cooked and leave to cool.
2. Put finely chopped cucumbers, mushrooms and onions in a deep bowl.
3. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, spices and mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Pour the sauce into the mold and top with boiled eggs, cut in half.
5. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve.
