Egg soup for a quick lunch in 20 minutes: what to cook with
Egg soup is perhaps one of the easiest and fastest first courses to prepare. You can, of course, add vegetables to the soup, or you can do without them, using a rich chicken broth and regular pasta as a base. It's perfect if you need to make something quick for lunch.

Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 1.5 liters
- butter - 20 g
- pasta - 100 g
- salt, pepper
- eggs - 4 pcs
- hard cheese
- herbs: dill / parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Add butter and salt to the boiling broth.
2. At the same time, add the pasta, it should be small durum wheat. Cook until the pasta is ready.
3. Mix the eggs separately until smooth. Gradually pour them into the broth, stirring constantly.
4. Serve the finished soup with cheese and herbs.
