Salad is the easiest dish to prepare for lunch, snack or dinner. It can be prepared from just a few available ingredients and dressed with mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream or flavored oil.
One of the cooking blogs(hudnemo.online) in TikTok published a recipe for crab stick and cucumber salad with a delicious yogurt dressing.
Ingredients:
- crab sticks
- fresh cucumber
Dressing:
- Greek yogurt without filler
- mustard seed
- olive oil
- seeds
Preparation method:
1. Knead the crab sticks with a fork to make a so-called straw. Or grate on a Korean grater.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin strips in the same way as the crab sticks.
3. For the dressing, mix yogurt, mustard, and olive oil. Stir to combine.
4. Dress the ingredients with the dressing. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds when serving. Bon appetit!

Dressing:

- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- coriander - 1/2 tsp.
- ground pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Cut the cucumber into slices and the onion into half rings.
3. For the dressing, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, coriander and pepper.
4. Dress the ingredients with the dressing, mix. If desired, add chopped dill. Bon appetit!
