Easy summer recipe: baked zucchini with cheese
Vegetables, spices, cheese, bake. Here we go. Take 2 courgettes, cut them into half rings. Cut 2 carrots into slices, and cut 2 tomatoes and 2 onions into slices. Put the vegetables on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Add salt and black pepper (as much as you like), 1 tsp of ground paprika, 1 tsp of hops suneli, and 2 tbsp of oil. Bake the vegetables for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
While they are cooking, take the Tenero cheese, which will make the whole dish taste good. Grate it, sprinkle it over the hot vegetables and bake for another 10 minutes. It's ready. You can eat it normally, quietly getting high from the taste, or like me. But the second option is more exciting.
