Ingredients:

  • jelly - 1 pack
  • gelatin - 25 g
  • sour cream - 300 g
  • condensed milk - 70 g
  • cottage cheese - 180 g
  • chocolate bars - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 2 cups (400 ml)
  • chocolate - 1 pack
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the first layer: dilute a packet of jelly, pour it into a mold, and refrigerate until it hardens.

2. Pour water over the gelatin to swell.

3. Prepare the second layer: mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and condensed milk, and beat everything in a blender until smooth.

4. Melt half of the gelatin and add to the mass. Put the bars on the frozen jelly and pour the curd mass over them, put them back in the fridge until they harden.

5. Prepare the third layer: bring the milk to a boil. Add the chocolate, stir to melt the chocolate, mix the cocoa with some of the milk mix well so that there are no lumps, and combine everything.

6. Melt the remaining gelatin and pour it into the chocolate mass. Pour the third layer and refrigerate again until it hardens.
