  • rolled oats - 4 tbsp with a slide
  • finely chopped boiled broccoli
  • egg - 1 pc
  • thick yogurt - 2 teaspoons with a slide
  • cottage cheese - 15-20 grams

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop or grate the broccoli and cheese.

2. Combine all ingredients.

3. If desired, add salt, greens, spices, garlic.
