  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • mozzarella - 200 g
  • green onions
  • seasoning for meat
  • salt
  • egg
  • flakes

1. Boil the potatoes.

2. Fry minced meat, onion, pepper in a frying pan, add tomato paste and spices.

3. Mash potatoes and add minced meat, green onions and 100 g of cheese. Cut the remaining 100 g of cheese into cubes and add to the center of the ball.
