Do not throw them away: how to cook garlic arrows in 15 minutes

The so-called arrows always appear on the bushes of young garlic, which housewives usually throw away. However, do not rush to do so. Garlic arrows can be stewed, fried or pickled.

One of the culinary blogs (yizhakultura) on Instgram published a recipe for fried garlic arrows in soy sauce .

Ingredients:

  • garlic arrows - 300 g
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Wash arrows and cut them into equal pieces.

2. Pour oil into a frying pan, put the arrows, cover and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft.

3. Next, turn up the heat to high, add soy sauce and sesame seeds and fry everything well.

4. Add butter at the end for flavor and aroma. Enjoy!
