Ingredients:
- flour - 350/400 g
- water - 500 ml.
- milk - 1 liter
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 pinch
- oil - 1 tbsp + a few spoons for frying
- baking powder - on the tip of a knife
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- optional - essence, vanilla, butter
Cooking method:
1. Beat the eggs slightly with a mixer or whisk.
2. Add sugar, water, milk, oil, sifted flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, essence and salt.
3. Mix after each ingredient - the dough should be homogeneous. Make sure there are no lumps.
4. Heat a frying pan with oil.
5. Fry the pancakes.
