Delicious zucchini with minced meat in the oven: bake for 15 minutes
Zucchini is perfectly combined with any products. Especially with meat. It is very delicious to bake seasonal vegetables with minced meat and cheese. It turns out very simple and hearty appetizer.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs
- minced chicken - 300 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- cheese - 150 g
- mayonnaise or sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt, pepper, oregano to taste
- butter for greasing zucchini
- breadcrumbs

1. Cut zucchini open and make deep transverse incisions.
2. Salt, sprinkle with oregano, grease with vegetable oil and put in an oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

3. In a bowl put minced chicken, grated cheese, chopped garlic, egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix everything well.
