Delicious young potatoes with herbs and garlic: no need to peel
The traditional version of cooking young potatoes is boiling. On top, butter or fried lard is added. But the vegetable can also be baked. For this, you don't even have to remove the skin.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes (very small)
- 1.5 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1.5 tsp. dried garlic
- salt, pepper - to taste
- 4-5 tbsp. oil
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 50 g of butter
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the potatoes well and dry them with a paper towel.
2. Add all the spices, vegetable oil, mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes.
3. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
5. For the sauce, mix the melted butter, garlic, and dill and pour over the potatoes as soon as they are ready.
