Delicious stuffed champignons with meat and cheese: cooked in 20 minutes
Champignons are used for marinating, they are added to pizza and various salads. These mushrooms can also be stuffed deliciously. You will need some minced meat and cheese – it will be delicious.
The idea of cooking stuffed champignons with meat and cheese in the oven is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname katia_cooking_. The mushrooms are baked for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- large champignons – 10 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese – 150 g
- minced meat – 200 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- onion – 1 pc (small)
- salt, pepper – to taste
- greens for decoration – optional
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and cut off the stems.
2. Put a slice of cheese in the middle of the mushroom.
3. Add finely grated onion, salt, and pepper to the minced meat.
4. Stir, make a cap, and put it on the mushroom.
5. Roll each mushroom in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
6. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
